Meet Seema Shah
Seema Shah is Founder & Principal of Urban Strategies & Solutions LLC, a State and City certified Minority- and Women-Owned Business focused on systems-level workforce design. She advises public agencies, economic development leaders, and philanthropic institutions on strategy, governance, and partnership development. A former Bloomberg administration official, Seema serves on multiple education and nonprofit boards and adjuncts at several universities in New York City.
Seema holds an Executive MBA from the Baruch College, an MS in Urban Policy Analysis & Management from The New School University, and a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University. She is based in the New York metro area, where she is raising two children, and appreciates a good dance party - preferably one that ends by 11pm.
